Welcome to Visit! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Visit app and related services. By continuing to use the app, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Overview: Visit helps you book camps in Saudi Arabia, access info, order extras, and share location in emergencies. Visit only connects users and vendors, and is not responsible for third-party services.

2. Eligibility: Users must be 4+ or have guardian approval. Accurate info is required.

3. User Conduct: Use the app legally. No spamming, impersonation, harmful content, or illegal activities. Violations may lead to account suspension.

4. Bookings: Bookings are confirmed upon request. Cancellations follow policy. Visit isn't liable for third-party delays or failures.

5. Payments: We accept Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, cards, and transfers. Refunds depend on policy. Non-refundable fees may apply.

6. Wallet: Wallet funds are non-refundable unless required by law. Suspicious activity may limit wallet use.

7. Emergency: Location sharing must be activated by the user. Visit isn't responsible for emergency delays.

8. Intellectual Property: All content is Visit's property. Don't reuse without permission. Submitted content may be reused.

9. Reviews: Only real experiences allowed. Offensive or fake reviews may be removed. Visit may use your feedback.

10. Privacy: We respect your data. See our Privacy Policy for details. Your data is securely stored and shared only when legally needed.

11. Modifications: Terms may change anytime. Continued use means you accept changes. Services can be updated or removed.

12. Liability: Visit isn't liable for losses from third parties. Users must indemnify Visit against misuse.

13. Law: Terms are under Saudi law. Disputes are settled in Saudi courts.
